PlayNova respects intellectual property rights. We do not host game files on our servers; games are embedded from third-party publisher links. If you believe content displayed on this site infringes your copyright, follow the process below and we will act promptly.

1. Filing a takedown notice

Send a written notice to legal@yourdomain.com with the subject line "DMCA Takedown". Your notice must include:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or an authorised agent;
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed;
  3. The exact URL(s) on this site where the material appears;
  4. Your name, address, telephone number and email address;
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorised to act on behalf of the owner.

2. Our response

Valid notices are actioned within 2–5 business days: the embed is removed or disabled and the corresponding page is delisted.

3. Counter-notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, send a counter-notice to the same address including your contact details, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that removal was a mistake or misidentification, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court.

4. Repeat infringers

We terminate access for repeat infringers where applicable.

5. Note for developers

If you are a game developer who would like your game added, credited differently, or removed for any reason (no DMCA notice required), just email us and we will handle it.
